Overview

Our ‘Small Step Design’ system quickly takes you from idea to product prototype. Allowing you to validate and test your ideas at pace, test your product for user feedback, strengthen business case presentations, and align project stakeholders.

Together we will work through a series of workshops and design sprints to deliver the prototype. The workshops will cover key product features and site mapping, user persona development, defining key user journeys and actions, and mapping business outcomes and KPI measures. The UX design work conducted over focussed weekly sprints, with regular review points allowing an open and collaborative process to deliver the prototype and test the product.

Supported by a team of specialist of UX designers and product managers we will collaboratively create a low fidelity interactive prototypes of your product, and supporting UI designs for key pages.

You will get an interactive prototype allowing you to validate and test your ideas fast, gather user feedback, strengthen business cases, and align project stakeholders. You will also get a system sitemap, user flows and personas and UI designs for key pages to bring the product to life.
